Have Backup Exec 10.d rev 5629 installed on w2k3 server and working w/o problems. I installed LiveState(Backup Exec Server Recovery) agent. Agent installed without any issues. Rebooted the server and the Intel Pro/1000MT nics stopped working. (2 ports) Upgraded the Intel drivers for nics and still would not work. Removed the Livestate agent and NICs started working. We have the Intel Nics in teaming mode as Fault Tolerance. Has anyone had this issue? Please post...
