When I was invited to beta test, I assumed this was a new OS X version of Backup Exec. I can't believe that Apple won't sue Veritas for using the Name "Panther."
Feedback: Dump the confusing and unnecessary "Panther" branding.

Sorry for the confusion.
Panther is the internal project name and will not be the official product name when this project is shipped.
