Migration BE 2012 to BE 2015

There is a migration plan from de BE 2012 to BE  2015 and needed all your recomendations about these task,

The easy way is via Update or in this case a have to install a new windows serve how are the step

To upgrade to BE 15, you need to download the BE 15 installation DVD and run it. You cannot upgrade using LiveUpdate. To do the upgrade, your BE 2012 must be upgraded to SP4 first and your media server must be 64-bit. Before you do the upgrade, do make a copy of the Data and Catalog directories under the BE installation directory, in case you need to revert
