Multiple Drives listed in single OFO error?

I am receiving this error on one of my servers and know how to troubleshoot the issue, however I am unsure which drive to troubleshoot. The subject states that the initialization failure is on the C drive but the details state that it is the D drive. I have been unable to find additional information in the Application Event Log and verified that OFO is configured to process logical volumes one at a time, which should not allow this to be possible.
Any ideas why Backup Exec would get confused?

Backup- \\SERVER\C: AOFO: Initialization failure on: "\\SERVER\D:". Advanced Open File Option used: Symantec Volume Snapshot Provider (VSP).
AOFO: Unable to get minimum quiet time for physical volumes. Reduce the activity on these volumes, or wait and run the backup when there is less activity on the volumes.

The above is a cut and paste with the server name changed for security reasons.

Any help is appreciated.
