Not abe to erase tape since upgrade to 10.0

Several months ago I upgraded the BE from 9.xx to 10.0. Since, the uprgade the BE will not allow me to erase the tape or create a new media. The erase option is always greyed out.

What do I need to do to fix this problem?.

I really need this fixed.

Hello,

We would like to inform you that long erase needs to be supported by the device.
you can click on the device tab-click on specific device and then right click and try erase.
