Number of logged in admins increases every time

I have a problem when logging in with the symantec backup exec program to the backup computer.

Sometimes the program crashes on exit and the user stays logged in, and when I log in again it says there are XX other administrators connected to the media server.

It now warns for 36 administrators connected. Other administrators may be making changes,

is there a way to kick out the other admins?

Hi rleamsisuem,

Try to log in at the console of the server.  Open task manager go into processes check show processes from all users.  End task on BkupExec.exe to close the sessions.
