Other Server Data Backup

Hi

We are currently using Veritas Backup exec for windows 9.1, But i am not able to map another server drive and take backup from that, Its telling dont have license. Is it really need a license for take backup of another server. if required, license for this version is available?.

Yes, to connect to another machine with a ServerOS (Windows, Netware or *Nix) you must install a RemoteAgent on that machine, and the serial on the media server

Since Veritas/Symantec no longet sell v9.1, about your only choice is to look on EBay or one of the other Auction sites
