I have a question in regards to policy. I have a server that requires pre/post commands to take place before a backup can be performed. Because of this, I've had to make a separate job from my normal daily/weekly backup jobs. I read that using policies, you can have another job start when one completes. Is it possible to do this when using two separate jobs? Each time I create a policy, it appears that I can only use one selection list for all templates in the policies.If I could use a separate list for each template...I believe my problem would be solved.
My other quesiton is, is it possible to make a single backup job, but specificy pre/post commands to take place for only one server in the backup job?
Hopefully this makes sense. Any help is appreciated.
