wir möchten im LAN unseren Exchangeserver 2007 remote von einem separaten Sicherungsserver sichern.
we would like to backup Exchange Server 2007 remote from a dedicated Backupserver

Problem:

Auf dem Sicherungsserver werden im BE die Resource Exchangeserver und die Informationsspeicher nicht angezeigt, so dass kein Sicherungsjob konfiguriert werden kann.
On the Backupserver the Resources Exchangeserver and the information store are´nt visible. What to do?

Do you have an Exchange agent license already installed on the BE server?

Make sure your logon account has rights (exchange admin rights) to the Exchange server.

If possible, try rebooting the servers. I had a similar issue, and I believe that did it for me but I'm not 100% sure.
