Problems with Sony SDX-450V ( SCSI ) and Backup EXEC 8.6

Hello,

te old Sony SDX-400 was brocken so change the Tape and bulit in a Sony SDX-450 Fast AIT Tape Drive.

All runs very well, but if the Tape is ejecting after the backup i have allways to confirm the message "i have to take out the Tape from the Drive".Iif i don't reply the message the Task will never complete.

If i don't reply the message the Backup waits for it and nerver complets...

Anyone has an Idea how i can turn of this Message?

You need to make some registry changes.

Or you can simply remove "Eject on End" from your job descriptions and eject manually when you swap tapes.
