Hello Discussion Forum,
Last night, 2 backups on 2 separate tape drives, but on the same media server failed with an elapsed time of 1193046:28:09. I then received 2 error messages that the tape drive hardware was offline, however, nothing appeared offline in Backup Exec. I rebooted my media server, and tape drives, and successfully ran short test backups on each tape drive.
I remain puzzled of this elapsed time of each of the 2 backups of 1193046:28:09 though. The Veritas Knowledge Knowledge Base drew a blank on this issue with only 1700+ Documents of non-related possible resolutions.
Can anyone shed any light on this? Any offers of counsel will be much appreciated.
