RALUS 64 bits running in debug mode killed when backup launched

Hi guys! Anyone knows how is possible RALUS agent running on RHEL 5 Linux 64 bits with parameters as: 
beremote --log-file
or
beremote --log-console
are killed when a backup fom Symantec Backup Exec 12.5 is launched? (Under RHEL 5 Linux 32 bits servers this parameters works well)

Make sure you have the correct version of Ralus agent installed on the server

Thanks for your post. I can reply: yes, correct version is installed on both nodes (it was deployed by automatic installler). Installed RALUS from both nodes are equal:

rpm -q VRTSralus
VRTSralus-12.5.2213-0

grep VRT /var/log/rpmpkgs
VRTSralus-12.5.2213-0.x86_64.rpm


And also Symantec Backup Exec Server is running from version 12.5.2213.
