I have a question about the ralus remote agent for Linux. I am using Open Suse 10.2 and I was able to install the most current version of ralus on it. I am using Veritas Backup Software 10.1 and it is able to see the Linux system that I have it installed on. But, when I get and hit the + sign to open up the file tree nothing appears. It appears that I am authenticating with the machine correctly. Do I need to purchase a license for the ralus remote agent for it to work correctly? Could someone please help me out.
