Recently upgraded to 11D
Now I cannot backup the Exchange Public folders

My backup job fails when trying to back up the Public folders. The remote agent stops.
I have been able to back up everything else on the Exchange server.
I have tested by attempting to backup individual parts of the server and all have been 100%.
I have seen article 284155
I have Backup Exec v11 rev 7170 with SP2 Hotfixes 31, 32, 33, 34, 35.
Exchange 2003 SP2 with other updates. windows 2000 Server SP4. Up to date
MDAC is 2.8 SP1
No other backup software
Nics are up to date.
Port 10,000 is open
Could use a defrag, but then why can I back up everything else?
I did create debug log on the exchange server
