Remote Agents Ports

What port does Backup Exec use to contact the remote agents? We ahve applied a modified firewall on our W2k3 servers and now we can't connect.

Hello,

Backup Exec Remote Agent always uses by default port 10000. So please ensure that port 10000 is always open.
