Reports says "Unable to run report. No further info available

DOC ID 272065 addresses this, EXCEPT it's for V10 and earlier, I'm on 11d, build 7170.  And, I tried the recommendation it did no good.  This is in tab Reports \ Media \ Backup sets by Media Set.  The next report, Media Required for Recovery, runs OK.  I need this report.

Instead of looking under this location:

C:\Program Files\VERITAS\Backup Exec\NT\Reports\Saved\HTML
C:\Program Files\VERITAS\Backup Exec\NT\Reports\Saved\

Make sure the folders exist at this location

C:\Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec\Reports\Saved\HTML
C:\Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec\\Reports\Saved\

There should be at least 367 files in the folder with an aproximate size of 15 MB. Insure the file "backupset_en.dll" is present under the reports folder.

Those folders do exist at that location: C:\Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec\Reports contains 367 files, 15MB, including the file backupset_en.rdl (all the files are rdl, none are dll).  It also contains the \Saved folder, which contains only the \HTML folder; which is emtpy.

Those folders and files and where you say they should be, so this is not causing the error.  What is cusing the error?
