Restore Data vom 9.0

Hello,
i want to restore data from a tape backed up with veritas 9.0. It's a file restore. Inventory and catalog was successfull, but when i start the restore, then the restore changes vom "loading media" to "running" every 10 seconds. Hardware are the same.

Any ideas??

Hi,

Please perform the following steps:

1) Stop all the backup Exec Services.

2) Rename the catalog folder (x:\Program Files\VERITAS\Backup Exec \NT).

3) restart the Backup Exec services.

4) deselct the option "use storage media based catalogs" under Tools> Options > Catalog

5) catalog the media and then try restoring the data.
