Restore Recycler

When I do a restore I can see the recycler.  When I look in there I can find the files that I need to restore.
 
I check the block for recycler and do a restore.  When I look for these file after the restore, I can't find them.  Can someone tell me if it is possible and how to do it

Have you tried to use the File Redirecton option ?
