Restore deleted backup job

Hello,

    Someone deleted a backup job and I'd like to restore it.  I haven't been able to find any KB articles on how to do this.  How do I restore a deleted backup job to our BackupExec server?

AFAIK, all you can do is restore the entire BackupExec database

Find the last BEDB.BAK file that you can from before the job was deleted (restore to an alternate location if needed)

Then run BEUTIL and select the option to Recover Configuration

The database is where everything is stored:  Job Definitions, Selection Lists, Schedules, B2D folder defs, etc

did the recover configuration show any errors?

try going back to an earlier copy of the BAK file
