New to Symantec Backup Exec and having a request to restore a file from a few weeks back. I've located the tape that it's stored on and have gone through the job process but when I get to the section to redirect to another location and select where I want the file to go I get an error message that states it's unable to process and stops. Any help would be appreciated.
