Restoring individual folders and mailboxes in Exchange

Hi,

 

We are having an issue with trying to restore a mailbox. It is reporting Unable to restore any content for A User [AUser] because the Microsoft Exchange database that hosts that mailbox is offline or the mailbox doesn't exist.

 

It also reports :

Completed status: Failed
Final error: 0xe0008488 - Access is denied.
Final error category: Security Errors

We have checked the access rights on the server and mailbox and have tried with another mailbox and get the same results. We have tried to configure a RSG but it wont even restore to that either.

 

We are running Exchange 2003 sp2 with Backup Exec 11.6235.

 

Any ideas ?
