SQL 2005 Question

I have read on previous threads that sql 2005 is supported in v10.d, however I also read that the agent for the server is not compatible with a Windows 2k3 x64 OS.  Is the correct or is there now a service pack to take care of this problem?  If not supported is an upgrade to 11 advised?

According to the SCL at http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/278254.htm , v10d supports x64 via the remote agent, but the media server must be 32-bit
 
Also v10d does support 64-Bit SQL 2005
