SQL.LOG file size is increasing day by day

we are using windows NT server and veritas backup exec 9.1 . Our servers "c:\" size is 2 gb . Last few months one file sql.log in winnt folder is incresing its size. now my server free space is 7 MB only. how to make it ready

You can reduce the size of your transaction logs by truncating them via the backup and then shrinking them (see links below):
