SQL error at backup 11d startup

Hi,

We have a 2003 server with SQL Server 2005. When we start backup exec / connect to media server, we have an  error. the services are not successfully launch. the service wich gave us trouble is SQL Server (BKUPEXEC). the error is 17058. We have'nt found on symantec website any information.

Can you give me a bit more detail on the error? Can you give me the text from event viewer?
