Sig Schedule UI Component initialization error

Backup Exec 10d returns the following error when I click on the Edit Schedule Details button for a job using the remote administrator console on Windows XP Pro:

"Failed to initialize the Sig Schedule UI Component. The file SchedUIu.dll needs to be install and registered on this system to use the advanced scheduling feature."

I've searched backup exec 10d installations on three different machines but cannot locate a copy of the file.
