So frusterating.... "server paused"

Fresh Install

The first inventory runs great, then I try and catalog a tape and it just sits there. Now I can't inventory, catalog, nothing.

The status just says "Server Paused" as soon as I choose "run now"

Happens with disk and tape operations.

Found some other posts about this but none of them have worked for me.

You get "Server Paused" when the server's job queue is on hold.

Try going to the Job Monitor tab, and in the task pane on the left, see if there's a tick on "Hold Job Queue". If there is, then click it to un-hold the queue.

UPDATE: Finally fixed this thing.

I was pausing and un-pausing the Type Device. DON'T DO IT!

Pause and un-pause the server name above that under the "Devices" tab.
