Stopping, starting service, before and after backup

I have a problem

To solve this problem the WMI service should be stopped for the backup not to fail.

My question is:

Is it possible to

Net Stop "Windows Management Instrumentation"

BEFORE the backup job starts and do a

Net Start "Windows Management Instrumentation"

AFTER the backup job has ended.

If yes, how do I do that?

Thats the 'pre/post command' section of the settings is good for (where you configure your backup job).

All the other features should be self explaining
