Synthetic incemental makes every day a full backup

Backup Exec 10d on W2k3 SP1

Backuped Server: W2k3 SP1 Fileserver and Domain Controller

I used the same Policy as other selection lists witch are working fine

I use the archive Bit. I checked the Archive Bits in advance of a backup, only few files have set it.

I backup daily incremental and once a week synthetic full.

every incremental has the size of a full backup

Any idea what could be wrong?

Have you run the first baseline or a full priming backup job before running the incremental?
