TS database error on backup report

Running BU Exec9.1 on a 2000 platform. The job in question finished in normal time and seemed to backup all the data but I recived this error which I could not find in any on the onlie kb's. Could you translate?

Hi,

From your explanation, we understand that you are unable to restore the Terminal Services Licensing (TS) database.
