Tape Restore information

I need to see information on a tape and shows mesaje "the half selected not was found in the catalogs. You Must catalog the first half if you want to use it restore operation"
catalog and was given to the tape and still shows the same message

Hi

When you open restore window please uncheck at the top begining date & ending date & then click on cancel & then again click on tape & click on restore & you should see the data

Check the TN below and deselect the option highlighted in the red box. Once done, try the catalog option again...
