Every so often I receive this error message during peak production: "The connection to the Backup Exec Database has been lost. Make sure that network cables are properly attached and plugged in, and the services are running for the SQL server instance on which the backup Exec database is installed." My backup jobs keep running but in interferes with my reports and backup notifications being sent.
