Dear all,

I am using backup exec 2010 R2 i am unable to update through LIVEUPDATE nor backup. i receive an error

"The job failed with the following error: Backup Exec attempted to back up an Exchange database according to the job settings. The database was not found, however. Update the selection list and run the job again."

I have re-install RWS change the registries "PowerShellOptions" value "1" on both mailbox server i am having DAG configuration

what else can i look at...

...Id also recommend upgrading to BE 2010 R3 with SP4. This version fixed a number of issue with the previous 2 releases. See below:

http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH208601 You can then either download BE 2010 R3 SP4 or run LiveUpdate to install it before push-installing this out to any remote servers. Just grab copies of the Data/Catalogs folders before doing any upgrade. Thanks!

I have followed but could not work as advised by mr. gaurav, i have uninstalled RWS from both the mailbox servers from control panel and push the agents to mailbox servers back and re-started both the servers.....

my back my is operational now... my second issue i got the following updates
