Unable to Restore SQL Database from Veritas Backup Exec 10

Hi,

We have Veritas Backup 10 Ver .(Windows 2003 EE in both the servers)

Problem Desc:

We are testing the sceneario: created a new database and took backup of the database from remote server to External Drive attached to Backup Server, While restoring the database to the same remote server initial error was unable to find the Server in Network.

So we have added  host file in the back up server(Remote server IP) and  Now when we run the job. It doesnt run the job and pops the error saying unable to create selection list. How can the issue be solved?

Please help us in this regard.
