Upgrade rout to 12

Is it possible to upgrade from 10d straight to 12 without upgrading to 11 first. If you do need to upgrade to 11 first how would i get hold of a copy of 11, our current support agreement has given us access to the upgrade to 12 which i have already downloaded.
