Upgrade to Version 9.1

Dick_Miller

Client operates SBS 2003 with unpatched Backup Exec for Windows Server v9.0. Downloaded upgrade to version 9.1 under Q118478.BEWS.91.469.1_264658.

During upgrade, server rebooted and upgrade failed.

Client now requests uninstall/reinstall of v9.0 and purchase of media for version 9.1 upgrade (rather than download).

Is this possible?
