Veritas Selection list problems

Hi Guys,

Wonder if you can assist me on a little problem i am having. I am running Veritas Backup Exec Ver 9.1 for windows. When i try to create a new backup job i can not select any data to backup as the selection is grayed out. Can you maybe give me a quick fix for this.Thanks

Hello,

The Backup Exec account should have domain admin rights

ALso the drives that you backup the BE account should have domain admin rights to access the files and folders.

If you cannot view remote selections then check whether you have installed remote agent for the servers and remote agent service is running under local system account.
