in the last 2 hours I'm trying to get in contact to the german customer service - without success. Now maybe you can help me. As we have problems with BE 9.1 we want to update to BE 11. We have a Windows 2003 SBS Premium SP1 Server and we want to get BackupExec with the SQL and Exchange-Option as well as the IDR Option. All in german. Am I right with the symantec part number 11105974 (EAN-Code 0037648309530) Backup Exec 11D SBS Premium ML?
What's the difference between basic and essential support?
