Will upgrade to 11 solve OFO static file maximum size error?

Windows 2000 server with BackupExec 8.60 is getting the following error...

"OFO: Static file on device running OFO has grown to maximum size (7000MB) and cannot be incremented anymore"

I've tried manually increasing the max size to the upper limit 10GB, to no avail.

My question: will upgrading the software to 11 allow me to move past this issue, or is this an indication of some other basic limitation that will still be there after upgrading?

Hi Bob,

I can not say for sure that your issue will be fixed.

What I can say is Backup Exec has come a long way since 8.6 and in version above 8.6 I have not seen this issue.
