We have had several DLO agents that have been unable to run scheduled backups. We are using version 10d. So far the only solution we have discovered is reloading the OS.
The user receives the following error on every login:
Title: DLO Desktop Agent
Body: The Windows Task Scheduler is not running. Start the task scheduler and click retry to continue or cancel to continue without scheduling any jobs.
I have verified the following:
- The task scheduler is in fact running
- The user has local admin rights
- This happens with any user who logs into these PC's
- There is nothing the in event log
I have tried the following to correct the issue:
- Reinstalling from the distribution point
- Uninstalling the software restarting the computer and then reinstalling
- Granting users domain admin rights
Any help in resolving this would be much appreciated as we are growing tired of reimaging computers for this.
