We have had several DLO agents that have been unable to run scheduled backups. We are using version 10d. So far the only solution we have discovered is reloading the OS.
The user receives the following error on every login:
Title: DLO Desktop Agent
Body: The Windows Task Scheduler is not running. Start the task scheduler and click retry to continue or cancel to continue without scheduling any jobs.
