Dear Support,
For the last 2 days I have been getting the following error:
"Illegal xml character.
147555: C:\Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec\Data\BEX_<servername>_01296.xml"
When I checked the file, it is over 130MB, as is the previous day's. The usual size of file is about 100KB. Please can you tell me how to resolve this issue?
