I have just installed an Ultrium 2 drive and get the same error with every operation I try.

Hello,

From the hardware compatibility list given below check if the device is tested. if it is tested then install latest Veritas drivers and verify results

I ran the program as you suggested, but the setup kept saying it had been interrupted. Any further suggestions?Message was edited by:

After stopping the services, rerunning the exe file, I can now create and run a backup successfully. Many thanks.
