Hi,

I am having a problem backup up files on the master server itself. It will fail at random folders at random days. This has been dragging for almost 16 months and no solution yet from Veritas itself. This is the scheduled job at 11.00pm. Manual backup always seems to success in 10 out of 10 times. The exact error is as below. Hope anyone can help on this. Thanks a lot.

The error occurs because the operation has been canceled manually or a time limit has been set for the backup and that limit has been exceeded. For example, if Enable Automatic Cancellation was selected in the Schedule Options of the Backup Job Properties, the job will be canceled if the run time exceeds the amount of time specified.
