access denied, adding users to dlo - permsissions ?

Hi,

I know Im being stupid here but I am hoping someone can help me out

I have created a global secuurity group and added my users to the group to add them into DLO

I have deployed the DLO agent, but when logging in as the user I get the message saying that access is Denied to the DLO server.

where do i need to permission to resolve this ???
