best practise when backing up CPS agents?

Hi,
I had a look at the CPS best practice recommendations but I have some more question:
I have CPS running on my backup exec server, and on a file server I have backup exec remote agent and CPS agent installed.
What should I stop when I want to backup (full or differentials using backupexec) the backup exec server?
What should I stop when I want to backup (full or differentials using backupexec) the file server (where the CPS agent is installed)?

Currently I'm running a job during the day which replicates the file server on the backup server disk, and I run the full/diff backups at night when the cps job is stoped. Are there any other recommendations?

Thanks

Backing up the Backup Exec server:
1) You should exclude the following folders from the backup job
       a. CPS Destination (folder)
       b. CPS Journals
       c. CPS Index
2) You do not need to stop CPS services to backup ths server.

Backing up the File server
1) Exclude the Folders that are being replicated by CPS
2) Include the rest of the system
3) Include the CPS icon listed under the Backup server (a green icon that looks like a server)
