event viewer errors

i keep seeing this error on our core symantec BE 2010 latest and greatest server with windows 2003 server R2 standard.  An error occurred while processing a B2D command.
 spnRequest: Initialize() CreateFileMapping failed (SPN_DeviceMemory).  Error=5

we are not running Backup to disk jobs only on occasion, this errors occurs daily.

all jobs are running to Tape.

If this does not help you should run a chkdsk on your b2d folder (while BE services are stopped)
