I am getting the "A hardware error occurred" on one of my full backup jobs. The tape drive is in a library connected to another server. I have 2 other servers that backup to that library that run fine, the incremental jobs runs fine on the affected server, its just the full backup job that gives me the error. It will complete about one out of 5 tries. I have no idea what to check.
