licensing problems

We purchased three AOFO licences but only one license is showing up when I check the licenses. Everything seems to be running ok but my collegue called licensing and they said that they were not installed correctly and to call tech support. Every time I call Symantec's support, I'm on hold for well over an hour so I'm trying here first....

I figured this out. It's a site license. I don't know why Symantec Licensing couldn't tell us that. I had to have tech support look up the license on their database
