soft Abend in Netware server running Agent

I have two netware 6 servers spacked to latest and running latest TSAs. I have recieved a soft Abend on both machines (Double Processor Exception) Running process NIS Server. this has happend in both cases during the backup with all users logged out of the server. Can anyone shed a light on the problem.

you have open file??? try to disable the open file, then run a backup again.

Hi Anthony,


The abend may occur when loading the NLM's required for Open File Option.
Have you installed the Open File Option?
