Trying to restore Docx file from old machine to new machine and Restoration Fails with error :error reading source file general failure

Which backup utility you are using? is it Windows backup or any other utility?

First try to restor the file on your local system. And then let us know if you faced any error.

we switched DLO to offline mode and try restoring the file( which I assume shows ludf data) and that file does not show up..when working online the file shows up(which I assume it shows NUDF data)

NOTE: We are able to restore other files
