Windows firewall protect remote push of DLO agent with client

Hi Tech,

I have implemented Veritas DLO(Desktop Laptop Option-Backup) in our infra but when I push the DLO agent remotely it is no communicated with client due to blocked in the windows firewall ON state.

So I need to communicate with DLO agent or need to remote push the agent in client system.

So support whether need to create the firewall rule to communicate with client and the DLO server or any other ways to work out this issue.

Pls guide.

DLO does support firewall environents, as long as the right ports are open (see DLO Admin Guide for details on required ports). Also, you may want to try the following technote to see if it helps you:
